Engine impellers are the rubber vaned wheels inside your boat's raw water cooling pump. They draw lake water into the engine to cool it during operation. Impellers wear out over time and from running dry, and a worn or damaged impeller can cause overheating, lost vanes circulating through the cooling system, and engine damage if not replaced. For inboard wake, surf, and ski boats, the impeller is a critical service item, and most manufacturers recommend replacement every 2 to 3 seasons regardless of visible condition.
Our engine impeller collection covers Indmar, PCM, and Crusader motors found in Malibu, Mastercraft, Nautique, Centurion, Tige, Supra, Axis, Moomba, and other inboard wake, surf, and ski boats. Different engines and pump models use different impeller sizes and configurations, so check your engine make, year, and pump model before ordering. Call us at (309) 371-0095 if you need help identifying the right impeller for your boat. We've been fitting engine parts and accessories to specific makes and models since 2007.
