Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States. For Canada and international orders, please contact us at support@onlyinboards.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Processing and Lead Times

Most products ship within 1 to 5 business days. Custom-made products require a minimum of 10 to 14 business days before they ship, and some custom items take longer during peak season. Lead times on certain products can run anywhere from same day up to 6 to 8 weeks depending on the item and the time of year. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the current lead time.

Almost all of our items ship directly from the manufacturer. This lets us offer a wide selection, and it means tracking and ship dates can vary by product.

Carriers

We ship using FedEx, UPS, USPS, GLS, and freight carriers. The carrier depends on the size and type of product.

Universal towers and universal bimini tops typically ship by standard carrier such as FedEx or UPS. Some custom-fit towers and certain custom bimini tops must ship by freight. Other custom bimini tops ship FedEx or GLS. The shipping method for your specific item will be determined by the product and its configuration.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout. Some products include free shipping and some do not.

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments are delivered by appointment, and the carrier will contact you to schedule. Someone must be present to receive the delivery. Inspect your shipment carefully before signing. If you see any damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us right away. Signing for a freight shipment without noting visible damage can limit your ability to file a claim.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive, contact us at support@onlyinboards.com within 5 days of delivery so we can work with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve it. For freight orders, see the inspection note above, since damage must be recorded at delivery before signing.
