Perfect Pass

Perfect Pass is a GPS-based speed control system for inboard ski and wake boats. The system holds a precise set speed regardless of boat load, water conditions, or driver input. This matters for wakeboarding, slalom skiing, and surfing where consistent speed is critical to the pull and wave shape.

We carry three Perfect Pass products:

The Stargazer Wake Edition S uses GPS speed correction tuned for wakeboarding, surfing, skiing, and general water sports use. It's the most popular system we sell and accounts for the majority of Perfect Pass installations on the wake and surf boat side. The Wake Edition S is the right choice for most customers and works with both inboard boats and stern-drive boats with Mercruiser or Volvo motors.

The Stargazer 3 Event is built for tournament slalom skiing. It combines RPM-based slalom mode with GPS speed correction to deliver the smooth, forgiving pull that competitive skiers expect. The 3 Event is the more sophisticated platform and is the choice for boats running 3-event tournaments (slalom, jump, trick).

The Z Box Upgrade is an add-on module for Stargazer 3 Event systems. It delivers the feel and pull of a factory ZO system found in newer tournament boats. The Z Box is specifically for tournament slalom skiers running short-line passes at 30 mph and above. It can be purchased with a new 3 Event system or added later.

All three systems are available with 3.5 inch, 5 inch, or external gauges in black or white face colors, with chrome or black bezels. All Perfect Pass orders ship free 3-day via UPS within the United States.
