2005-08 Malibu VLX Rear Ballast Kit (Fly High)

The 2005-08 Malibu VLX Rear Ballast Kit is designed to enhance your wakeboarding and surfing experience by significantly boosting your boat’s ballast capacity. This top-of-the-line system is built by Fly High and has 2 different options.  You can add dual 400 lb bags or dual 750 lb bags to the rear of your VLX.  With either option, the sacs are built with durability in mind, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Installation is made easy with the included fittings and accessories. The system comes with four W736-ss fittings and four W742-SS fittings, which ensure secure and leak-free connections.  The Piggyback system also includes 20 feet of 51013 3/4 reinforce ballast hose, which is flexible yet robust, allowing for easy routing and installation within your boat. This hose is designed to withstand the rigors of regular use, ensuring consistent water flow to the ballast sacs. Includes: 2 x Fly High 400 lbs Rear Sacs (42 x 16 x 16") OR 2 x Fly High 750 lbs Rear Sacs (50 x 20 x 20") 4 x W743-SS Fittings 4 x W746 Fittings 20′ 3/4″ reinforced ballast hose.
