Each GatorStep Kit is custom-made to order, with production and delivery taking several weeks. Some parts, labeled "PTF Required," will need paper templates to confirm fitment before production begins.

• Template Confirmation: After placing your order, paper templates may be sent to confirm fitment. Adjust and return them if needed. Most templates fit accurately on the first try.
• Art Proof Approval: Once templates are finalized, we’ll email you an art proof for your approval before production begins.
• Production and Delivery: After approval, your custom flooring kit will be manufactured and shipped.
