Axis T220 Front Ballast Upgrade Kit

WAOur Axis Front Ballast Upgrade is designed to work with all Axis Wake Boats with factory installed Plug and Play systems. You MUST have the factory front plug and play system installed in order to use this kit.  Bag sizes may vary between models.

Here are the options available for each model:

2022+  – Axis T220  – 440 lbs

Starting in 2013 the factory Axis Plug N Play ballast system was upgraded with HI FLO 1100 gph pumps and massive 1-1/8″ ballast hoses. Without a doubt this system is one of the fastest in the industry. Like previous Axis models, adding a ballast bag under the front seats will increase the length and shape of wakeboarding wakes and surfing waves.

Not all boats came with the factory plug and play option installed so lift up your bow seat cushions and look for three hoses connected to a hose barbed wye fitting. The factory Hi Flo plug and play option included the plumbing only and did not come with a ballast bag. This Axis bow ballast bag and integration kit is designed to be controlled using the front ballast switch on your dash. Everything remains completely automated and effortless to use.

The pre-terminated hoses and Flow-Rite Qwik-Lok fittings give it and OEM factory look while making it easy to remove the bags for routine cleaning, additional storage, or winterization.

In fact, the entire installation can be performed with just a screwdriver and many customers tell us they finish the installation in less than 15 minutes. Oh, and did we mention it’s completely reversible with no modifications if you decide to sell your boat?

How It Works

The Axis Plug N Play ballast system is designed to make use of the auxiliary 1100 gph fill and drain pumps that came in your boat from the factory. The included Bow ballast bag is designed to slide under the seats in the bow of your boat. The three connection points are in the perfect location to use the factory fill, drain and vent hoses.
