GatorStep Kit Order Process
Each GatorStep Kit is custom-made and may take several weeks for production and delivery. Some parts, marked "PTF Required," will require paper templates to confirm the fit before production begins.
- Template Confirmation: After ordering, templates may be sent to ensure proper fitment. Adjust and return them if needed. Most templates fit accurately on the first try.
- Art Proof Approval: Once templates are confirmed, we’ll email you an art proof for final approval before production.
- Production and Delivery: After approval, your custom flooring kit will be manufactured and shipped.
